Sleep for better
health resilience performance

Why is sleep so important?

Did you know approximately 40% of Australian adults and 70% of teenagers experience insufficient sleep?

The quality of the one-third of our lives spent asleep greatly influences the quality of the two-thirds we are awake. Without adequate sleep, our health, resilience and performance is greatly impacted.

Sleep Health is the cornerstone for all other health and well-being areas.

Meet your educator

Hi I'm Lisa

I’m passionate about helping people transform their lives through better sleep.

My journey into sleep health started when I worked with a sleep health company, where I saw just how life-changing improving sleep could be. People who were barely getting by were rediscovering joy, energy, and the ability to do what they loved—simply because their sleep was finally being addressed.

But this isn’t just a professional mission for me—it’s personal. I’ve faced my own battles with chronic insomnia, brought on by a particular period of heightened work stress and personal challenges. I know what it feels like to be at rock bottom, desperate for relief, and I understand just how much of an impact poor sleep can have on mental health, relationships, and overall well-being.

Thank you for an amazing presentation that covered all areas.
Hopefully, it has saved our family and son!

We were at your forum last night at Terrace. Thank you for an amazing presentation that covered all areas. Parents and teenagers could all relate to the information. It’s been a big bugbear with my oldest son due to technology/ phone.

I’m apparently the only Yr 11 mother who insists on him handing in his phone every night at a decent time. Your talk reinforced and confirmed what I have been saying to him. The arguments have become unbearable as I stand my ground to resolve the conflicts you outlined (anxiety, lack of motivation, low self-esteem, physical growth/ weight etc)…plus changed personality! Thank you once again, hopefully, it has saved our family and son…fingers crossed!
